Mein Messeset zur Creativa 2019 - WestWind / My fair jewelry set for the Creativa

Freut Ihr euch auch schon so auf die Creativa? Noch gut eine Woche, dann beginnt sie und wir planen am Donnerstag dort zu sein und ausgiebig bei den Perlenständen zu stöbern und zu kaufen.
Wer von euch fährt denn auch hin? Vielleicht sehen wir uns dort ja? Wir würden uns freuen euch zu treffen!
Zur Messe werde ich mein neues Set "WestWind" tragen. Durch die vielen Glasperlen in 8 und 6mm ist es recht schwer und liegt sehr gut am Hals. Ansonsten habe ich noch 4mm Glasschliffperlen, Rocailles in 15/0, 11/0 und 8/0, Buggles und Super8 verwendet. Und dann natürlich noch einen Chaton in 27mm und mehrere in 8mm und Rivolis in 14 und 18mm.

Are you looking forward to the Creativa like we do? Just another week and it starts - we will be there on Thursday to visit all the nice bead booth and buy some beads. Will you be there, too? Maybe we will meet there, that would be nice!
At the fair I will wear my new jewelry set "WestWind". Because of the many round glass beads in 8 and 6mm it is somewhat heavy and snuggles perfectly at the neck. Furthermore I used 4mm firepolished beads, seed beads in 15/0, 11/0 und 8/0, buggles und Super8. And of course one chaton in 27mm and some in 8mm and rivolis in 14 and 18mm.

Lady Tudor - lila-hematite-crystal

Auch dieses Set hat es jetzt endlich mal vor die Kamera geschafft. Ein weiteres Set meines "Lady Tudor" Designs in lila und hematite mit Rivolis in dunkel lila und crystal.
Die Anleitung dazu wurde im Bead & Button Extra Juni 2017 veröffentlicht.

Also this set found it's way in front of my camera. Another set of my "Lady Tudor" Design in violet and hemetite with rivolis in dark violet and crystal.

Herz-Anhänger / heart-pendant

Der Herztropfen nach einer Anleitung von Martina Nagele / Mariposa hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen. Da war der Geburtstag meiner Mama der richtige Anlass diesen nachzuarbeiten und ihr zu schenken.
Ich habe ihn ohne die Anleitung gefädelt, deshalb sieht er auch etwas anders aus.

In the moment I saw the pendant "Herztropfen" after a pattern of Martina Nagele / Mariposa I new I had to make it. My mothers birthday was the right reason to do one of it and give to her.
I made it without the pattern, so it differs a bit from the original.

Delightful demis bead woven Set in jet AB

Mein Armband-Design aus der Bead & Button Februar 2019 musste ich noch einmal in einer meiner Lieblingsfarben machen ,und wo ich schon mal dabei war, habe ich gleich ausprobiert ob es sich auch für eine Kette eignet. Ich hatte ja befürchtet das sie kippt, aber zu meiner Freude liegt sie wunderbar am Hals. Und der passende Ring durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen.

I had to make a version in one of my favorite colors from my bracelet design that was published in the Bead & Button issue February 2019. And while I was beading, I had to try a necklace, too. First I was in fear, that it would tip over but it fits perfectly around my neck. Of course a fitting ring had also to be made.

Art Deko

In das schöne "Art Deko" Design von Xin Zhao (Aperlen) habe ich mich direkt verliebt. Die Umsetzung hat dann zwar noch etwas gedauert, aber jetzt habe ich ein schönes Set incl. Ring.
Meine Farbwahl waren QuarterTilas in amethyst gold luster, Bicones in crystal vitrex AB, Rocailles in hematite, Demi Rounds in gold lustered dark amethyst.

Straightaway I fell in love with the beautiful design of Xin Zhaos (Aperlen) "Art Deko". The realization took a little time, but now I have a lovely set with an additional ring.
My choice of colors have been QuarterTilas in amethyst gold luster, bicones in crystal vitrex AB, seed beads in hematite, Demi Rounds in gold lustered dark amethyst.

Diamond Flowers schwarz-silber / black-silver

Auch bei diesem Design musste ich natürlich versuchen ein ganzes Set daraus zu machen.
Zuerst hatte ich an die Kette unten drei Stränge gefädelt, was mir aber nicht gut gefallen hat. Also hab ich das mittlere Teil in mühevoller Kleinarbeit wieder aufgetrennt und die Kette ganz schlicht rund gemacht - manchmal ist weniger eben mehr. Das Armband-Design kennt Ihr ja schon von hier und ein Ring durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen.

Of course I had to try if I could make a whole set of this design.
First I made the necklace with three middle strands, but I didn't like it and so I had to unsew it (what a bad work!) and made a simple round necklace - sometimes less is definitively more. You know the bracelet design from here and a ring had to complete the set.

So hat sie mir dann doch nicht gut gefallen

Elegance with an Attitude

Vor einiger Zeit schon habe ich für meine Mutter eine Kette in V-Form aus meinem Design "Elegance with an Attitude" gemacht und jetzt hat sie es endlich mal vor die Kamera geschafft.
Die Anleitung als Armband findet ihr in der Bead & Button Dezember 2015.

Some time ago, I made a necklace in V-shape from my design "Elegance with an Attitude" for my mom and now I had the chance to take some photos.

Dreierlei / Three ways

Heute möchte ich euch gleich drei Ketten zeigen. Sie sind in den Farben Gold, Türkis und Kupfer gehalten, und in unterschiedlichen Längen gearbeitet, so dass ich sie alle zusammen oder auch einzeln tragen kann. Es sind eine CRAW-Variante, eine Spiralrope und eine aufgereihte Kette.

Today I like to show you three necklaces. They are made from the colors gold, turquoise and copper, and have all different length. So I can wear them together or only one of them. The necklaces are a CRAW-variation, a spiralrope and the last one is only strung beads.
