Perlen des Toho Challenge Mini Kits 2024 / Beads of the Toho Challenge Mini Kit 2024

Am Donnerstag kamen meine Perlen der diesjährigen Toho Challenge von Twinkle Beads bei mir an und ich habe auch schon ein paar erste Ideen im Kopf!
Zur Zeit habe ich noch ein anderes Projekt auf meiner Fädelmatte liegen, aber danach werde ich mit der Challenge starten und bin schon sehr gespannt was dieses Jahr bei mir dabei herauskommt.
Im Kit sind einige 11/0 und 8/0 Rocailles, ein Röhrchen 15/0 Rocailles, ein Röhrchen Diamonds, ein Röhrchen DiamonDuos, zwei Röhrchen Triangles, ein Päckchen Aikos, Glasschliffperlen, ein paar Bicones, ein Tütchen Bricks und ein Tütchen Arrow Beads.

My beads from Twinkle Beads for this year's Toho Challenge arrived on Thursday and I already have a few initial ideas in my head!
I currently have another project on my beading mat, but after that I'll start the challenge and I'm really excited to see what comes out of it this year.
The kit includes some 11/0 and 8/0 seed beads, a tube of 15/0 seed beads, a tube of Diamonds, a tube of DiamonDuos, two tubes of Triangles, a packet of Aikos, firepolished beads, a few Bicones, a bag of Bricks and a bag of Arrow Beads.

11. Blog Geburtstag / 11. blog birthday

Scarlett

Meine Kette "Scarlett" ist aus leicht abgeänderten Elementen meines Toho Challenge Beitrags vom letzten Jahr entstanden. Ohne die Kamee und die Perlenbögen wirkt sie gleich ganz anders und ist schön alltagstauglich. Könnt ihr an den Farben sehen wie sehr ich den Frühling herbeisehne? 😅

My necklace "Scarlett" was created from slightly modified elements of my Toho Challenge from last year. Without the cameo and the bead arches it looks completely different and is suitable for everyday use. Can you see from the colors how much I'm longing for spring? 😅

Touch of Summer Kette & Ring / necklace & ring

Wie sollte es anders sein, habe ich natürlich wieder ein ganzes Set gemacht und nicht nur ein Armband welches ich euch schon hier gezeigt hatte.
Ich finde, es passt alles super zusammen und die Kette ist im Moment mein Lieblingsstück und liegt super am Hals!

How could it be otherwise? Of course I made a whole set and not just a bracelet which I showned you already here.
I think it all fits together really well and the necklace is my favorite piece at the moment and fits great on my neck!!

Matroschka nach Britta Hilgers

Auf dem Perlentreffen im letzten Jahr habe ich den Rohling für diese niedliche Matroschka bekommen. Die Anleitung ist von Britta Hilgers, sehr verständlich geschrieben und bei Aperlen erhältlich.

Mal sehen ob ich sie ins Auto hänge oder als Taschenbaumler an meine Handtasche.

At last year's bead meeting I got the blank for this cute matryoshka. The instructions are written by Britta Hilgers in a very understandable way and are available from Aperlen.

Let's see if I put it in the car or on my handbag as a dangler.

Touch of Summer Anhänger / pendant

Zuerst einmal wünsche ich euch ein frohes neues Jahr und hoffe, dass ihr die Weihnachtsfeiertage genießen konntet und gut ins neue Jahr gekommen seid!

Wie ich im ersten Post zu diesem Design schon geschrieben habe, gibt es viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten mit diesem Element. Hier habe ich Rundperlen in 12, 10, 8 und 6 mm umperlt und zu einem Anhänger verbunden. Zuerst war ich gar nicht sicher ob er mir gefällt, aber inzwischen habe ich ihn schon sehr oft und gerne an einem langen Band getragen und es werden noch weitere Farbvarianten folgen.

When I wrote the first post about this design, I told you there would be many design options with this element. Here I took round beads in 12, 10, 8 and 6 mm and connected them to form a pendant. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it, but now I've worn it very often and with pleasure in a long version and there will be more color variations to come.
