Indian Spirit / Toho Mini Challenge 2019

Die tollen Entwürfe meiner Schwestern habt Ihr ja schon hier und hier gesehen, da möchte ich euch meinen auch nicht vorenthalten.
Ich fand es total spannend was für unterschiedliche Entwürfe alleine bei uns Dreien herausgekommen sind - und das obwohl wir alle zusammen angefangen haben als wir ein paar gemeinsame Fädeltage hatten.
Ganz so fleißig wie meine Schwestern war ich nicht und habe nur eine Kette zustande gebracht. 😉
Danke an Toho für die tolle Challenge und an Twinkle Beads für das Perlenkit!

You have already seen the beautiful designs from my sisters here and here, so I don't want to withhold mine from you either.
It was so interesting to me how different our designs develope - and that although we begun when we where together for a few beading days.
I haven't been so diligent as my sisters and only made one necklace. 😉

Autumn Colors und Flower in a box / Toho Mini Challenge 2019

Letzte Woche hat Christina hier Ihre Werke aus der Toho Mini Challenge 2019 gezeigt. Heute möchte ich euch meine Werke zeigen.

Ich habe eine Kette und einen Anhänger gezaubert. Es war eine tolle Herausforderung und hat richtig Spaß gemacht.

Das Set zur Challenge haben wir auf der Perlenmesse in Hamburg am Stand von Twinkle Beads erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal an dieser Stelle.

Last week Christina showed her designs from the Toho Mini Challenge 2019 here. Today I like to show my designs.

I made a necklace and a pendant. It was a great challenge and it was fun being part of it.

The set of beads for the challenge we got at the booth of Twinkle Beads on the bead fair in Hamburg. Thank you very much again.

Nilla und Sereia / Toho Mini Challenge 2019

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

auch ich durfte bei der Toho Mini Challenge 2019 mitmachen. Vielen Dank an das Team Toho.
Es hat mir richtig viel Spaß gemacht. Und ich konnte mich mal wieder auf die Perlen einlassen, was im Moment etwas zu kurz kommt bei mir.

Und hier seht ihr meine Ergebnisse. Es sind zwei Ketten entstanden.

I was also allowed to participate in the Toho Mini Challenge 2019. Many thanks to the Team Toho,
it was a lot of fun for me. And I got involved with the beads again, which missed out at the moment.

And here you can see my results. This two necklaces are the output.

Wild at Heart

In der aktuellen Bead & Button (Februar 2020) findet ihr meinen Anhänger "Wild at Heart" / "Im Herzen wild". Den Anhänger trage ich besonders gerne auf einem Rollkragenpullover, wo er super zur Geltung kommt.

You'll find my pendant "Wild at Heart" in the actual issue of the Bead & Button magazine (February 2020). I love to wear this pendant on a polo neck sweater where it fits so nice.

Zwischen den Jahren / Between the years

Nach Weihnachten sind wir (Christina & Nicole) zu Christina nach Berlin gefahren um zusammen Silvester zu feiern. So hatten wir im alten Jahr noch ein paar schöne Tage zusammen in denen wir es uns gemütlich gemacht und viel gefädelt haben.

Dabei sind, unter anderem, diese vielen Magnet-Pins nach einer Anleitung von Britta Hilgers entstanden (die Anleitung findet ihr kostenlos auf ihrem Facebook-Account). Einmal angefangen kann man einfach nicht mehr damit aufhören und man kann sich mal so richtig an allen möglichen Farbkombis austoben.

Die sollten erst mal für unseren Kühlschrank bzw. das Whiteboard reichen und wir können die ganzen alten Magnete die nicht richtig halten austauschen.

After Christmas we (Christina & Nicole) went to Christina's home in Berlin to celebrate New Year's Eve together. So we had a few nice days in the old year with time to bead.

Among other things, we made these whole magnetic pins according to the instruction from Britta Hilgers (you can find the free pattern on her Facebook account). Once you start, you can't stop and it's a good project to try many possible color combinations.

They should be enough for our fridge or whiteboard and we can replace all the old magnets that aren't so strong.
